1978年8月出生于河南光山县,1995年进入中国科学技术大学,1999年获学士学位,2005年获中国科学技术大学博士学位。2008从中国地震局地球物理研究所调到中国科学院测量与地球物理研究所,任副研究员,2013.1-2017.1为中国科学院测量与地球物理研究所研究员,2017.2起为中国地质大学(武汉)教授。国家自然科学基金委优秀青年基金获得者,中国科学院“卢嘉锡青年科学家奖”获得者,湖北省杰出青年基金获得者

多年来从事地震波形拟合、地震性质和地震危险性分析以及地下结构方面的研究。获取了中国大陆地区高精度的地壳和上地幔速度结构,并定量确定了日本九州岛定点噪声源对中国大陆及周边区域噪声成像的影响。近几年来,在鲁甸地震、玉树地震、Chile, Nepal地震发生后,对其地震震源性质和断层闭锁,以及地震危险性方面进行了大量的研究,发展了联合大地测量与地震学联合反演方法,对地震的破裂过程、库伦应力场和地震危险性方面的认识取得了重要进展,发表了相关SCI论文60多篇,其中作为第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI论文30多篇。承担了地震行业科研专项《地震震源深度定位方法及应用研究—以东部典型地区为例》、《多种地球物理场动态图像与强震预测试验》的第一课题《地壳深部速度结构与应力场环境反演研究》,科技部重点研发项目“关键廊带的综合地球物理探测与深部结构”的专题负责人,并负责了川滇国家地震试验场课题等项目。并先后承担了3项国家自然科学面上基金,1项国家自然科学青年基金和1项目国家自然科学基金委优秀青年基金项目;为中科院青年创新促进会首批成员,是中国科学院“1-3-5”重点方向性项目“地震大地测量学研究”的负责人,以及中科院测地所1-2-3重点突破方向的首席科学家。
